Payment

Tuition is paid in advance for all private lessons on the 1st of each month. All students, with the exception of those in our Pay As You Go and Intensive programs, are required to be enrolled in our direct payment program.

Student Absences

If you are aware that you will need to miss a lesson, please contact the teacher or studio (by email or phone) at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. In case of emergency and you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, please contact us soon as possible prior to your lesson. In the rare event that your teacher should need to cancel a lesson, you will be rescheduled or will receive a credit for the missed lesson towards the following month’s lesson fees.

Rescheduling and Make-up Lessons

Make-up lessons will be scheduled according to teacher availability. Although make-up lessons cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to offer you an opportunity to make up the lesson missed. Make-up lessons must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed lesson. If a scheduled make-up is missed or cancelled by student, a second make-up lesson will not be offered. Make-up lessons are not available for group lessons.

Cancellation

Please fill out a withdraw form by the 15th of the student’s final month. Alliance Music Academy may cancel all future lessons for any student who behaves in a disrespectful manner to any of Alliance Music Academy teachers or staff.

Agreement to terms

It is imperative that each student completely understands and agrees with the policies of Alliance Music Academy. Lesson policies are subject to change, so be sure to stay connected to our web site as often as possible. Initial and continued enrollment in lessons indicates the acceptance of the policies of Alliance Music Academy.
